What is arnica and what are the benefits?
Arnica is an antioxidant packed plant 🌱 that has healing and anti-inflammatory properties. Arnica is most commonly used for minor injury management such as bruises, swelling, sprains, joint pain, stiff muscles or muscle pain. Arnica also does wonders as skincare for reducing swelling, redness, puffiness & may even fight premature aging and even reduce wrinkles. May help with discoloration and brighten/even out skin tone. The biggest and most widely known benefit of arnica is that it may accelerate the healing of minor wounds/bruises & give you that snatched youthful glow to your skin & reducing wrinkles and even under eye bags!!!
Who should use arnica?
Arnica is widely used and recommended amongst people that get Botox and filler, or even surgery (after wound is closed and healed up ‼️) because it accelerates wound healing and heals up bruises faster.. HELLO my fellow people that bruise up like an apple 👋 even great for athletes for that muscle soreness, back pain, joint pain and tender areas after a workout.. And ofcourse a great option for skincare as well, say you had bad under eye circles or you feel puffy and swollen in the face & have some dark spots that could use some help.. oh and even if you get a insect bites, arnica will alleviate the itching and cleanse the area with its 🌱 medicinal properties.. If you get tension headaches and migraines you can apply arnica behind neck and to temples for some relief.. Arnica is a life changer!! SO SO many benefits.
Arnica infused balm is best for on the go! Easy to travel with, targeted relief, multi-use. (Lips, under-eye, hands, elbows, knees, heels, etc..)
INGREDIENTS: COCONUT OIL, SHEA BUTTER, CASTOR SEED OIL, SUNFLOWER SEED OIL (WITH ARNICA FLOWER EXTRACT), CETEARYL ALCOHOL, CARNAUBA WAX, CANDELILLA WAX, LAVENDER OIL. GERANIUM OIL, VITAMIN-E, AND ALOE VERA LEAF EXTRACT.
Instructions; Apply thin layer topically to clean affected area. Can massage it in or let it absorb and air dry. Don’t exceed 4 uses, with 3-4 hours in between each use. Never apply to an open wound!!
**For adults and children age 2 and over.
**Do not tightly wrap or bandage the treated area. Do not apply heat or ice to the treated area immediately before or after use.
**Extra instructions for botox/lip filler/procedure;
Before: Apply arnica to the injection sites 1–3 days prior to your appointment to prep the skin.
After: Continue applying it topically 2–3 times daily for 3–5 days post-procedure to speed up the healing of any bruises. Be gentle when applying to injection/botox areas.. Avoid rubbing or massaging procedure areas in excess for atleast 24 hours after treatment.
